ORDER IF YOU ARE 101% SURE
PLEASE BE PATIENT:
You must be willing to wait if you are planning on placing an order. Since the items are pre-ordered and are customized, there might be a chance that there will be delays on the production and shipment.
Any changes in production and shipping timeline will be communicated immediately.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment Methods: GCASH, BPI, MAYA, WISE, PAYPAL (additional 0.5% for tax)
DOWNPAYMENT: 50% Down payment is required after the Order Confirmation is sent (unless stated otherwise). Your order will only be processed once you've settled your down payment. Orders with no down payments will automatically be canceled and joy miners will be tagged on X app
LATE PAYMENT FEE: Late payment fee of ₱50 (per order code) a day will be charged after 24 hours of the given deadline of payment. (This usually applies with the Remaining Balance, unless stated otherwise)
Please notify the seller if you won’t be able to pay on the said DOP for the remaining balance. We will give you another (1) day to pay without any penalty as long as the reason is valid. Considered valid reason: App of bank or e-wallet is down.
STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION:
NO CANCELLATION once products are in production! Most items are pre-ordered and custom-made (unless stated otherwise). Once you have sent your order, it will then be forwarded to the manufacturer for production. Cancellation fee will be 75% of your total order. Bogus Buyers will be tagged on X app
SHIPPING CONCERNS:
Once shipped out, your orders will then be the courier’s responsibility. The seller will not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by chosen courier. However, the seller will still do their best to ensure that your orders are secured and packed properly.
Please do provide your complete and correct information. The seller will not be held liable for any lost parcels due to incorrect information.
UNBOXING VIDEO is required. In case you receive an incomplete or wrong product, please notify the seller and provide a clear and complete unboxing video as you are opening your package. No unboxing video = no refund
STORAGE LIMIT:
We can only hold your items for a month. Once the timeframe has exceeded, the seller has the right to resell the items.
DATA COLLECTION:
DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012: All information collected will only be used for your order. All personal data will be deleted once your transaction has been completed.
